Nexxus original Ensure was the best conditioner ever made ... light, fresh, natural, grapefruit scent left hair soft and shiny.
ReplyDeleteNexxus has discontinued the original, substituting "Color Ensure" whose most noticeable property is its noxious perfume scent. When I contacted Nexxus to ask whether they'd repackaged the original formula (explaining that the new formula's scent had triggered an allergy migraine), the rep explained that the focus group loved Color Ensure, and suggested that I try using it again (!).
If you enjoy smelling like cheap perfume, you'll love Color Ensure. If not, Nexxus suggests that you get used to it. If you loved original Ensure, ask them to please bring it back.

STUPID!
Companies that change ownership should not be allowed by law to use the same names for products when they completely change the formula.
They've cheapened it to reach a wider market (Target, Walmart, Costco) instead of leaving it in its USEFUL original formula.
NEXXUS, YOU'VE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
